一、简介   相比于美国、德国、英国、法国等较早推行全面中医教育的国家,丹麦的中医教育发展略显滞后,且主要为针灸相关课程。在丹麦,针灸疗法属于补充和替代医学范畴,未被国家医疗体系(西医)覆盖,也与理疗、康复、整脊等健康行业不同。虽然丹麦有着令人羡慕全民医保,但存在着效率低,疾病覆盖面窄,复杂疾病经验,药物滥用等缺点。所以针灸在治疗各类疼痛、慢性病、心理疾病、缓解药物副作用等各方面有着独特优势。据前两年南丹麦大学对所有补充替代医学的调查数据,针灸是丹麦最受欢迎的替代医学手段。目前丹麦注册针灸师约1500人,约2-3位每千人,略高于中国的中医师水平。但中国的中医师以使用中药为主,专业针灸师仅占11.2%!(来自《中国中国中医白皮书(2016)》 二、学校教育   从20世纪90年代起,丹麦就出现了私立针灸学校,并成立了行业协会,管理和指导针灸教育与认证事宜。截止2020年,丹麦针灸师协会(Praktisirende Akupunktør)承认的正规针灸学校只有四所,学校的学制从一年到四年不等。学满800学时后,可参加RAB(注册替代医学治疗师)的考核。考核合格即可成为正规针灸师,各大保险公司就可以将其纳入保险范围。   目前代表丹麦针灸最高教育水平的是AkupunkturaAkademiet(针灸学院)的针灸教育。该学校提供为期3年共3699小时的针灸教育。该学校的教育模式和内容已受丹麦认证局承认,教学水平类似于国内“大专”。对欧洲的针灸教育来说,这已经是非常高的水平了。大部分欧洲的私人学校只有几百到千余小时。   那么,在丹麦的针灸学校,学生能学到什么呢? (1)理论课程(2499小时,89 ECTS欧洲通用学分):针灸理论基础、经络与穴位、针刺手法、诊断、治疗策略、其他辅助针灸手法(推拿、膏药、药酒、食疗、气功等)、病案管理、危机处理、自选专题(比如针灸治疗耳鸣)、生理学基础、病理与药理学基础、心理学基础、门诊运营管理、急救。 (2)实践课程(1200小时,43ECTS):学生门诊、跟师门诊、毕业汇报(治疗某病症的病案分析) 三、教学方式   丹麦针灸学校上课全是小班模式,每个年级15-20人。除了固定的课程外,学校定期组织各种专题课程,比如董氏奇穴、谭氏针灸、杵针、太乙神针等供学生选修。这些课程也属于开放课程,校外人员也可当做继续教育选听。 四、学生来源   因为人口稀少,加之自费学习,针灸学生不多。能来学针灸的都是对其非常喜欢,且愿意尝试新事物的学生。学生主要来自健康相关行业,比如护士、理疗师、反射疗法治疗师、按摩师等。少部分来自于其它行业。 五、工作去向   来学针灸的学生大部分都有自己的工作比如护士、理疗师,所以毕业后会扩展原来的工作范围。助产士可针刺合谷、太冲来抑制分娩痛和促进宫缩;肿瘤科护士可以用针灸来治疗化疗呕吐和化疗引起的神经痛;护理员可用针灸来治疗养老院的一些常见症状。除了在原单位继续工作以外,又有部分学生重新开诊所,完成职业的转换。
